What I collect

Holy Ghosted Girl collects what you type into the order form: your name and contact email, the name or nickname of the person the message is for, your relationship or family situation, your message goal, your preferred tone, and any details you want included or avoided. The form accepts typed information; it does not currently accept file or screenshot uploads.

Your order is stored with the tier you purchased, the amount paid, a Stripe checkout reference, whether the payment was in test or live mode, and the date your form was submitted. Stripe supplies your checkout email so it can be filled into the order form.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects the payment and checkout information needed to process your purchase, which may include billing details. I never see or store your full card number or security code.

Why I use it

I use your order details only to write and deliver your message and contact you about your order. The payment reference links your form to your purchase and confirms that it has been paid for.

Your story stays private

I don't sell your information or share your story with other people. I never post client messages or screenshots, and I don't publish or reuse your message. Services that securely store and process order information are described below.

Services that help run the site

Stripe processes payments. Lovable Cloud provides the site's hosting and database, where your submitted order details are stored. These services receive only the information needed to do their jobs, and handle that information under their own privacy policies. The site also requests its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives basic connection information such as your IP address when those fonts load.

How long information is kept

Submitted order details stay in the site's database until they are manually deleted; the site does not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. You can email vent@holyghostedgirl.com to ask me to delete your order details. Include the email you used for your order so I can locate it and confirm the request.

Deleting the order details from this site does not automatically delete Stripe's payment records. Payment, refund, and other records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations, or resolving disputes, and service providers may retain backups under their own policies.

Cookies and technical information

The site does not have its own advertising trackers or audience analytics tools added. Stripe's checkout may use cookies and similar technology to process payments and prevent fraud. Hosting and payment services may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, and error logs, to operate and secure the site.

Links to other sites

Links to Instagram, TikTok, and Muse take you to other sites with their own privacy policies. Dating coaching booked through Muse is handled by Muse, not this site's order form.
